Finding changed and unprinted products in a BarTender price-label workflow
Domain(GZ)IOT Science and Technology Co., Ltd (广州市领域物联网科技有限公司) is a BarTender authorized reseller, with its 2026 BarTender Silver Reseller Partner certificate available for review. In a delivered retail price-label project, the company used the BarTender SDK (development tools for connecting label printing to business software) to identify changed product fields, filter unprinted records and update current status after printing. To discuss a tailored change-tracking and label-printing workflow, prepare your product fields, label layouts and processing rules, then call 020-37038810 or +86 18127811448 to confirm the implementation scope.
After product synchronization, a household and personal care retailer still needed to identify changes to brand, name, barcode, regular price, promotional price and promotion dates, and determine which records had not been reprinted. A list showing only the latest values did not make outstanding label work clear.
The delivered application stores change flags for multiple fields in its local product table. Each import or synchronization compares incoming values with the existing record. Differences retain a change flag and the affected cells appear in red. The query panel can filter changed products, unprinted products, promotional products and products with auxiliary barcodes, together with brand, name, barcode and date conditions.
After a record is processed through the BarTender SDK printing flow, the application marks it as printed and clears that product's current field-change flags. The current filtered list can also be exported to Excel for offline review.
This implementation provides an entry point for identifying and handling current changes. Operators can locate changed or unprinted products and update their current status through printing.
